This call for makers is for the 2023 Hudson Valley Maker Faire. This faire will take place in one of the Mid-Hudson region’s most unique historic and cultural sites, the GARNER Historic District in Garnerville, NY. Hudson Valley Maker Faire will showcase stunning work by makers of all ages from near and far.
We encourage all makers, from artists to innovators, tech enthusiasts, crafters, educators, tinkerers, hobbyists, engineers, authors, students and other creatives to apply. We particularly love exhibits that are hands-on, hi-tech and show the creative process.
We expect to see: immersive art, installations robots, VR, electronics, textiles, fashion, performances, music, films, rockets, food, 3D printers, green technology, tools, unusual machines, glass, toys, and more. Can you dazzle us with your work??
There is NO FEE to participate unless your sole purpose is to sell or promote a product, service or business organization. Participation is free for all GARNER tenants.

Application Deadline: Friday, April 7th, 2023. Late Applications will be considered if space allows.
Who Can Apply: ANY MAKER OF ANY AGE. Individuals, groups, companies, schools and organizations are all welcome.

This application asks for details about what you make and how you want to share it. Please put extra thought into your project description, which GARNER Arts Center will use to promote your exhibit on our website, social media pages, and at the event.
We also ask for a detailed response on the resources you will need to share your work and how you intend to interact with the Hudson Valley Maker Faire attendees.
We recommend makers save their work on the application while gathering information and return to the app to complete when it is ready to submit.
